Forms for Fitrix
Starting with version 5.20, Fitrix can now print all forms except for checks on plain paper. Fitrix will print the form background with you data. For many Fitrix users, pre-printed forms are no longer needed.
The one exception is accounts payable checks. You will need to order laser checks from your printing company using the format below.
You may also want to print continuous multi-part forms on a tractor feed printer. For these forms use the formats below to order forms from your printing company.
If you are using Fitrix Payroll, we recommend that you use the direct deposit feature. In this case you will never need to print payroll checks, instead you will only print a payroll statement to give to each employee.
Each Fitrix form listed below includes a pdf example that your printing company can use to design the form for you that will work with the Fitrix software. Please make sure that they follow the exact scale and format, otherwise you will require software customizations to align the software to your form. We can also mail you an actual example of any of the forms below that have images available if your printing company requires that, just request these with an email to support@fitrix.com
