Would your employees be more effective if the menu they have access to only has the programs they use on a daily basis? Would this "favorites" menu cut down on training and security issues? If the answer is yes then Fitrix role based menus is the answer.
These utility programs allow you to specify what menu options employees should have access to based on their job responsibilities. This reduces the amount of menu navigation they need to do and also securely controls what programs they can run. Once the roles have been defined you can assign users or groups of users to one or more roles. When they log into Fitrix the menu displayed is for the role based menu marked as their default role.
Below is the program used to define the role-based menus and this definition is for the Warehouse/Shipping Manager.
